It’s the 11th month of the year and November brings with it fall foliage, cooler weather and a calm, pre-holiday feel that you really need to take advantage of. Before you stuff that turkey and feed a house full of guests and before you battle the crowds shopping for holiday gifts, you need to escape to a destination that offers peace and bliss.

Music City lives up to its nickname particularly well in November as it hosts a number of music festivals. Go there for the great music and stay for the Southern farm-to-table cuisine.

Louisville, Kentucky
