It's complimented with a rounded beech wood shaft shaded with brown lacquer. The handle and tongue are made of molded cellulose acetate, an extremely durable material for lasting use.  It's set off smartly with a brass spring above the tongue, which gives it great flexability.  Imported from Italy.
